This mod looks great! Reminds me of the old Half-Life 2 mod, Resistance and Liberation.
That said, as far as I can tell from testing, this mod appears to be purely aesthetic? As in just because your gun looks like it's pointed somewhere else from the inertia, it doesn't actually shoot in that direction. Basically, I'm saying that it unfortunately doesn't seem to work with Deus Ex Weapon Sway, as far as I could test. Deus Ex Weapon Sway removes accuracy penalties in favor of more dramatic weapon sway, so your guns always shoot directly where the sights are pointed (but due to the weapon sway, your sights may not be centered). As far as I could test, B42 Weapon Inertia doesn't appear to actually directly influence weapon sway or where the gun is pointed and is merely aesthetic. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
